Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how IntelStacks ("IntelStacks," "Talkr," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Talkr voice AI platform (the "Service"). It applies to visitors of our website, people who use the Service on behalf of an organization ("Customers"), and — where a Customer's AI agent places or receives a call — the people that agent talks to ("Call Participants").

1. Information We Collect

CategoryExamples
Account informationName, email, organization, role, authentication credentials.
Call contentAudio recordings, transcripts, and structured call data generated when a Talkr-built agent places or receives a call. Recording happens by default, with a configurable spoken disclosure at the start of the call — see "Call Recordings" below.
Workflow contentPrompts, configuration, and other content you build into your agents.
Payment informationProcessed directly by our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Usage and analytics dataProduct usage events (e.g., pages visited, features used), collected via PostHog only after you accept our cookie consent banner.
Technical dataIP address, browser/device information, log data.

2. Call Recordings and Consent

Talkr records call audio as part of providing the Service (transcription, quality review, and workflow execution). By default, a spoken disclosure plays at the start of every call, before the agent's own greeting, notifying the Call Participant that the call may be recorded. Organization administrators can customize or, subject to their own legal obligations, disable this disclosure in Settings. The Customer operating an agent is responsible for ensuring their use of call recording complies with the laws applicable to their calls — see Section 4 of our Terms of Service.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running your configured AI agents and calls;
  • To process payments and manage billing;
  • To provide customer support and respond to requests;
  • To monitor, secure, and improve the Service (including debugging and abuse prevention);
  • To send service-related communications (e.g., invite emails, billing receipts, security alerts);
  • Where you've consented via our cookie banner, to understand product usage and improve the Service.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog is not initialized, and no analytics cookie is set, until you explicitly accept via the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit. You can reject non-essential cookies at any time from that banner; essential session cookies required for you to stay logged in are not affected by this choice.

5. Who We Share Information With

We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Telephony carriers you or your organization configure (e.g., Twilio, Vonage, Plivo, Telnyx, Cloudonix, or your own SIP/Asterisk infrastructure) — to place and receive calls;
  • AI model, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech providers you configure ("BYOK"), or Talkr's own managed providers when you use Talkr-provided AI credits — to run agent conversations;
  • Razorpay — to process payments;
  • SendGrid — to deliver transactional email (invites, notifications);
  • PostHog — for product analytics, only after cookie consent;
  • Backblaze B2 — as an encrypted, access-controlled off-site backup destination for our own database and storage backups (not a public or customer-facing product surface);
  • Law enforcement or other parties where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of IntelStacks, our Customers, or others.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information, call recordings, transcripts, and workflow content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We do not currently offer a fully self-service, automated deletion tool. If you would like specific data deleted — including on behalf of a Call Participant — contact us at privacy@intelstacks.com and we will process the request manually, subject to what we're legally required to keep (e.g., billing records).

7. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss, including encrypted transport (TLS), access-controlled infrastructure, and off-site encrypted backups. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in India, and our infrastructure and service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we take steps intended to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@intelstacks.com. If you are a Call Participant and want to reach the organization operating the agent that called you rather than IntelStacks directly, that organization — as the operator of the agent — is your primary point of contact; we can help route your request if needed.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-product notice or email) before the changes take effect.
